Playful pronounced intelligent Dutch Design

The Dutch Corner represents contemporary and young designers with vision and noteworthy solutions. Design with a link to art, art craft & technology, innovation & tradition, to redefine icons and material minded.

This year it will take place at the Designers Fair, for one week the designer's hotspot in Cologne with around 60 young independent designers.

The Dutch Corner's branding is by Melle Hammer, the staging is by TBProduction. The Dutch Corner is an initiative in cooperation with Büro Voggenreiter / PASSAGEN and will be repeated yearly at different locations. Its first appearance at PASSAGEN was in 2009 at the Kölnischer Kunstverein.

The international design season 2010 opens at Cologne. During the week of 18th-24th January the city is a real Mecca for design pros and design lovers (±150.000 visitors).

With approximately a 190 presentations in the old city and at site-specific locations PASSAGEN shows young and well know designers.
